The system has the ability to track, label, locate and monitor freight from the moment of receiving, through the delivery, to the departure point of your choosing. A sophisticated, bar coded, tracking and inventory system aides the warehouse staff in locating and inventorying freight. Additionally, the system is interfaced into a complete packing software package that allows us to give custom crating and preservation requirements to our box shop and packers. Our program is incredibly user friendly; it allows us to perform an un-tethered, mobile scanned, full monthly inventory of all freight on our premises. We are able to record, notify, resolve and report all OS & D issues; thereby giving our customers the ability to not only resolve freight issues, but to create statistical data for review and feedback to original vendors.
M-PACT's flexible format is designed to interface with all customer and supplier databases. Whether it's a full blown P.O. download or a simple excel format feed, our I.T. staff will work with our customers to ensure an easy, automatic, and seamless data transfer process. We can upload receiving changes, OS & D issues, customized packing list and delivery tickets to your system as often as necessary.
