Morris Export has a special machine that custom cuts 4 x 6 pine blocks to make perfect custom made pipe bolsters. We have two types of bolsters. We have a double scalloped package, which secures pipe on bottom as well as on top. We also have the roller package; scallops are only on the top board and will allow each layer to roll freely on bottom board. Our machine also cuts a recess groove into the top and bottom bolster to keep banding in place. Morris can custom cut pipe bolsters to fit 5" OD - 20" OD. Pipe bolsters prevents any "metal to metal" contact for any type of pipe in shipment.
