In addition to the many services provided, Morris Export also offers the ability to come into a warehouse facility, operate it and tailor the cost structure such that both parties improve their respective profitability. We can structure the agreement in many different ways and allow the potential warehouse customer to focus on the strength of their business and we take away the daily hassles of warehousing, carpenter work and freight processing. We become their facility business partner yet remain an independent party thereby adding an extra layer of security. Once in the warehouse we can handle the fluctuations in workload by re-directing personnel into the facility from our current staff level of hundreds of employees.
