Morris Export Services employs a crew of experienced receivers and checkers tasked with cross referencing vendor paperwork or other receiving documentation to the actual freight as well as to Purchase Orders. The ability to line item check as well as line item weigh is also offered if requested. A Material Receipt is then issued which serves to notify interested parties of freight on-hand as to quantity, description and condition. Once consolidated and packed, packing lists for either break-bulk or container shipments are issued detailing piece counts and contents, weights and dimensions as well as container information if appropriate. A more complete Commercial Invoice and Packing list can be provided detailing the shipment, which also includes values. Upon actual departure from Morris Export Services, a Delivery Ticket is issued recording appropriate information such as shipper, consignee, carrier, piece counts, weights and dimensions and of course, dates of departure.
